Colorado Springs is set to welcome a unique pub experience this year: The Brit. Located at 645 S Sierra Madre Suite 100, construction documents reveal some of the details of the plans for the watering hole.

The Brit’s Facebook page describes it as “a pub that screams classic British vibes, with a cheeky twist of Irish. It also advertises a daily happy hour from 3 PM to 6 PM. It is the latest venture for David “Nova” Nowakowski, a musician and media personality from the UK.

Records show the contracting work is valued at $650,000 and construction was scheduled to start on November 18, 2024.

Plans for the pub include private dining spaces, a lounge, and a full bar. The two-floor establishment will accommodate 229 occupants. The project involves collaboration with Bobby Hill Designs, SGD Design, and Chiartano Engineering Group, and records show the work being done is valued at $650,000.

The business’ website states Phil Griffin, an acclaimed chef also originally from the UK, will helm the kitchen at The Brit. Griffin has trained at Michelin-starred restaurants and with some of Europe’s top culinary talents, including Chef Raymond Blanc, Chef Eric Chavot, and Marco Pierre White.

The brand denied to comment at this time.
