First Watch, a nationwide brunch restaurant concept, looks to be considering expansion plans in the Denver area. Permits filed with the city recently show the brand is proposing a development project at 4871 Tower Rd.

When contacted by What Now Media, First Watch’s public relations team told the publication “We’re always looking for new ways to bring our fresh take on brunch to more of our neighbors. We have been searching for new sites in Denver, and love the community and hope to grow there, but have not executed any new leases in the area and therefore have no developing sites to announce at this time.”

The site in question is a .75-acre lot that has been vacant but was recently slated for development. Mediterranean QSR brand CAVA also has a restaurant in the works at the address. It is situated at a busy intersection near several other retailers and eateries.

First Watch was founded in 1983 in Pacific Grove, California. Since then, it has grown into a nationwide chain with over 520 restaurants in 29 states. The concept operates during breakfast and lunch hours, from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
