Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood is about to get a new hotspot for nightlife with the opening of The Sterling Denver this fall. Brought to life by the Culinary Creative Group, the venue will occupy the former Chez Roc space at 229 Clayton Street.

The renowned local hospitality company is working on two concepts at the Clayton Hotel & Members Club: The Sterling and an Italian concept called Amorina. Culinary Creative is known for a number of well-loved establishments: A5 Steakhouse, Mister Oso, Bar Dough, and more.

Expanding on the success of its namesake venue in Aspen, which opened in 2022, The Sterling Denver promises to be a luxurious lounge and nightclub experience. It will offer an upscale yet inviting atmosphere that caters to the late-night crowd.

The Clayton Hotel & Members Club is a 63-room lifestyle hotel that combines luxury accommodations with members-only experiences. Guests have access to a range of exclusive amenities, including a members’ restaurant, a rooftop pool and bar, fitness facilities, coworking spaces, and various social lounges.
