Chick-fil-A Hwy 470 and Yosemite Reopens at New Location Tomorrow

Enhancements include improved parking and increased drive-thru capacity, including Mobile Thru to improve Guest experience

Chick-fil-A Hwy 470 and Yosemite, formerly known as Chick-fil-A Park Meadows on County Line Rd, will officially reopen at a new location tomorrow, Wednesday, June 4, 2025. Michael Clancey will proudly serve as the local Owner-Operator and has been part of the Lone Tree community for over 15 years. He is excited to welcome Guests into the new restaurant, which features upgrades to enhance the Guest and Team Member experience.

To celebrate the reopening, Clancey will offer complimentary Chocolate Chunk Cookies for all Mobile Thru orders from June 4 – 7. Guests can also enjoy live music in the dining room on June 6 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

 Features of the newly designed restaurant include:

  • Dual-Lane Drive-Thru: Increased number of lanes in the drive-thru to accommodate additional vehicles and improve speed of service.  Includes Mobile Thru, a fully dedicated lane in the drive-thru where Guests can pick up orders placed ahead of time on the Chick-fil-A App.
  • Outdoor Canopies: The restaurant will feature outdoor canopies to facilitate face-to-face ordering.
  • Increased Seating Capacity: The restaurant will include 92 indoor seats and 16 patio seats to accommodate Guests.
  • Playground: The restaurant will feature a spacious playground to best serve Guests with children.

Opening day is Wednesday, June 4 starting at 6 a.m.  Normal operating hours are 6 a.m. – 10 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Chick-fil-A Hwy 470 and Yosemite is open for dine-in, carry-out, drive-thru, Mobile-Thru, catering and third-party delivery. Guests can also place orders on the Chick-fil-A App or online.
