Chick-fil-A continues to strengthen its position as one of the leading fast-food chains in the U.S., with a new location coming to Lafayette. The new restaurant will be located at 2950 Arapahoe Rd., in the north part of town, construction documents show.

The new construction building will be 4,947 square feet and was set for an October start date. An expected completion date is listed as May 5, 2025. It’s set to be near Erie Lake, close to several other popular establishments such as Taco Bell, Lowe’s, and Five Guys.

This new Chick-fil-A location will bring the brand’s signature fast service and high-quality food offerings to the Lafayette area. There are no further details, a representative told What Now Denver.

Chick-fil-A has some of the strongest performance results in the fast-food industry. Systemwide sales reached $18.8 billion in 2022, and the brand has expanded its footprint significantly, with over 2,400 locations.
