Another dining option that was recently approved to be added at Denver International Airport is Fat Sully’s Pizza. The city council voted for the local brand to open at the A Concourse at the 8500 Peña Blvd. property.

The pizza joint was among five other food concepts that also recently got the green-light from officials: Santo Northern New Mexico Soul Food. Chick-fil-A, Shake Shack, Brew Top Social, and Beefsteak.

Fat Sully’s Pizza is famous for its massive NY pizza options. There are currently six other locations of the brand: three in Denver, and one in Aurora, Golden, Centennial, Colorado Springs, and Kansas City (with another KC location opening soon).

The company operates under the Atomic Provisions hospitality group, a brand founded by a former CU Boulder football star. The parent company owns four other concepts: brunch spot Denver Biscuit Co., bar concept Atomic Cowboy, ice cream shop Frozen Gold, and an emerging burger business called Lights Out.
