Los Angeles-based poultry sensation Dave’s Hot Chicken is set to spice up Aurora with a new location. The brand will be a new tenant at 10551 E Garden Dr. Suite RO7-2, at the Gardens on Havana plaza, the center’s website states.

This expansion is part of the company’s aggressive growth strategy to bring its popular fried chicken to more communities across Colorado. Franchisee Jason Beld, who has a robust background in the service industry, is at the helm of this new venture.

Beld, alongside partner Marc Rogers, is also responsible for opening the business’ Northern Colorado stores. The pair signed a multi-unit deal with Dave’s Hot Chicken to operate 11 locations in Denver and Fort Collins metros.

The new Aurora location will be a 2,500-square-foot building equipped with a pick-up window for added convenience. There will be 56 seats inside, and a covered wrap-around patio outside will accommodate an additional 36 guests, spokesperson Josh Levitt told What Now Denver.
