Sexy Pizza plans to open its fifth Colorado location in Trinidad. Sexy Pizza, co-founded by entrepreneur Kayvan Khalatbari, has been slicing up pies in Colorado since opening its first location in Capitol Hill in 2008.
The Sexy Pizza website states the Trinidad location was originally set to open this past summer. A new Park Hill location opened its doors in late August, and the Trinidad location is now hiring with an opening date expected later this fall.
Sexy Pizza’s hand-tossed pizzas are made from scratch and include options such as the Becktown with feta, bacon, red onion, and mozzarella. The Midwestern features seasoned ground beef, spicy giardiniera, basil, and mozzarella.
Besides its commitment to tasty pies, the restaurant is also committed to philanthropy. Sexy Pizza’s PhilanthroPIES offer diners a chance to give back to the community with a percentage of each pizza sold donated to community partners. Salads, pastas, wings, subs, and craft beer and wine are also on the menu.
Other locations include restaurants on Old South Pearl and in Jefferson Park. The Trinidad Sexy Pizza will be located at 516 E. Elm St., Trinidad, CO 81082.
