The Catbird Hotel in Colorado Springs is set to enhance the local scene once it’s complete in a few years. A hip new resort, it will offer a trendy place to stay, as well as to enjoy food and drinks. There will be a restaurant onsite, reports say.

This innovative,181-room hotel is expected to break ground in Spring 2025 and open its doors in Fall 2027. It is part of a vibrant new development spearheaded by Sage Hospitality Group and Norwood Development Group.

Located in the revitalized New South End neighborhood, the Catbird Hotel aims to be a go-to destination in downtown Colorado Springs. The project is taking shape at the corner of E Moreno Ave & S Cascade Ave.

Specific details about the restaurant concept are still under wraps, and a representative told What Now Denver that information will not be available until closer to the opening date.
