Building plans approved Apr 3 show an interactive Topgolf Swing Suite is in the works for the Sheraton Denver Downtown Hotel, located at 1550 Court Place. The amenity, slated to open mid-summer will offer simulated games as well as a food and beverage program, according to a hotel representative.

On its website, Topgolf calls its Swing Suites “a simulated Topgolf experience with the luxurious atmospheres of hospitality and entertainment venues.” It will offer a great indoor option for entertainment, eating, and drinking in the Mile High City.

The lounges will have massive screens, golf simulator technology used by hot-shots like Tiger Woods, and other games such as hockey, soccer, baseball, and “zombie dodgeball.” Food and beverage options will be available to enjoy.

Suites will be available to reserve and the price per hour depends on the day and time.

Topgolf is building Swing Suites all over the country, in venues like hotels, airports, bars, fitness centers, and more. There are currently three in the state: at LoDo at Tom’s Watch Bar, at Courtyard Denver Tech Center in Greenwood Village, and at the Grand Hyatt Vail.

For the Sheraton project, the company is partnering with local firms Path21 Architecture, 2020 Engineering Inc., EG Power Engineering, and Select Building Group.
