After great success serving the members of the Colorado Athletic Club-Tabor Center, Energy Bar Cafe will also be opening at the gym’s Monaco location. The Denver Post made the announcement of its pending arrival at 2695 S Monaco St Pkwy.

Thach Danny Tran, a former Ace Eat Serve executive chef, and his husband Dustin opened the first Energy Bar Cafe in December at the downtown gym. It will debut at the Monaco fitness center this fall.

In addition to their beverage options, the space serves sandwiches, bagels, burritos, and more. Energy Bar Cafe operates with a grab-and-go style operation so patrons can get a quick fix before or after their workout.

The Trans also own a hospitality and restaurant consulting business, and Dustin works at Denver favorite Cholon. They are excited to embark upon the journey of growing the brand, and considering the other Colorado Athletic Club spots for the future.
