Colorado Springs will welcome the latest addition to The Well soon. Giddy Up & Go will be a spinoff of Gift Horse Bar & Cafe, which is also a tenant at the 315 E Pikes Peak Ave. food hall.

The concept will bring a delightful breakfast and lunch menu to the downtown food scene. It will be managed by Justin Anderson, the General Manager of Gift Horse Bar & Cafe, under the helm of Simpatico Hospitality.

Giddy Up & Go will be open daily from 8 AM to 3 PM. It is expected to open to patrons sometime during the first quarter of this year, according to Springs Mag. It is one of many new food options entering The Well.

The Gift Horse Bar & Cafe is a coffee shop/bar hybrid that is situated at the entrance to the property and has a patio. The other incoming concepts at The Well are from Blue Star Group, which runs Ivywild Kitchen, Decent Pizza, Lazo Empanadas, Principal’s Office, Gold Star Bakery, and Stellina Pizza Cafe.
