Tower Road Starbucks Set for $275,000 Renovation

The Starbucks located at 6691 Tower Rd #109 will be undergoing a renovation project, city records reveal. Building plans for changes to be made at the property received approval last week.

Records show that the business applied to do $275,000 worth of transformations to the coffee shop. The existing drive-thru equipment will be relocated and new clearance bars and directional signage will be installed to streamline the customer experience.

The 2,400-square-foot space is next to other popular tenants like Jersey Mike’s Subs, BurgerIM, Jasmine Nails & Spa, and Pho 92 DIA. Altogether, the retailers are on a nearly 70,000-square-foot lot. with nearly 80 parking spaces. 

Several companies are listed as working on the project: Change Up Inc., Design Forum Architects, Inc., and WHS Engineering. This location is in a high-traffic area located only 11 miles from Denver International Airport.
