Good Times Restaurants Inc., a regional favorite for burgers and frozen custard, has officially acquired its Northglenn location from a franchisee. This acquisition of the 10450 Melody Dr business marks a key step in expanding its company-owned and operated portfolio.

The store underwent a brief two-day closure to install updated digital menu boards, implement next-generation point-of-sale systems, and retrain staff.  There are plans for further remodeling within 18–24 months as well.

Reports state the acquisition follows a legal dispute between Good Times Restaurants and franchisee John Longstaff. He ran the Northglenn location and allegedly failed to renew his franchise agreement, which expired in April 2023.

Founded in Boulder, Colorado, in 1987, Good Times Burgers & Frozen Custard serves all-natural beef and chicken free from antibiotics and hormones. Popular menu items include the Good Times Deluxe, wild fries with signature spices, and fresh frozen custard desserts.
