Toastique, a gourmet toast and juice bar, is adding a franchise location in Colorado Springs. According to the Toastique website, the restaurant will open in the Northgate neighborhood at 11590 Ridgeline Dr. in Colorado Springs.
A Toastique LinkedIn post states two other franchise locations are in the works for the Colorado Springs area.
Toastique founder and CEO Brianna Keefe is a former D1 cheerleader at James Madison University and had always been passionate about healthy living and healthy eating options on the go. Keefe opened the first location at The Wharf in Washington, D.C. to great response.
The second Toastique location opened in Alexandria, Virginia in 2019, with a third that opened in D.C. in 2020. The concept is now spreading across the U.S. with franchise opportunities.
The menu at Toastique offers gourmet toasts including the Avocado Smash, 3 Cheese Italian, and Smoked Salmon. The PB Crunch features honey roasted peanut butter, bananas, strawberries, chia seeds and more on raisin walnut toast.
Various bowls that include fruit, granola, and more are also offered. Cold-pressed juices and a variety of smoothies are also healthy options for Toastique diners.
Toastique did not respond to What Now Denver’s request about the proposed opening date of any of the Colorado Springs locations.
