A new wave of gourmet snacking is coming to Fort Collins. Graze Craze, a growing national charcuterie chain, is set to open a location just across from Colorado State University, at 706 S. College Ave. Unit 103, according to the Coloradoan.
The space, formerly home to an Edible Arrangements, is 1,100 square feet and sits beside college favorite Fat Shack. It is expected to open in late summer or early fall, the company told What Now Denver, and joins another NoCo store opening soon in Loveland.
Graze Craze specializes in charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables, offering both delivery and grab-and-go options such as “char-cutie cups” and “grab & graze” plates. The business also offers event catering for weddings, birthdays, business meetings, and more, its website states.
The Fort Collins shop will be operated by the Treglia family: Ed, Lindy, and Emil.
Ed is an industrial engineer and president of Ulbrich Specialty Wire Group, and Lindy is a registered dental hygienist; they will co-own the location. Emily, who brings over a decade of experience in catering and event setup, will be the general manager.
