For Greenwood Village residents looking for a fresh and healthy food option, one is coming soon to the area. Lease intel suggests Green District Salads will be located at 8000 W. Belleview Avenue, Greenwood Village, CO 80111.

The restaurant was founded by Jordan Doepke, Chris Furlow, and Matt Perry back in 2017 and now has locations in several states including Kentucky and Indiana. The Castellan Group is backing the group to help expand their vision into other cities over the next several years.

According to the Green District website, the restaurant provides high-quality, healthy food options in a fun and lively environment.

Green District’s menu offers a variety of healthful options including, of course, its signature salads such as the Forbidden Fruit. It features baby spinach, roasted chicken breast, strawberries, feta, and more, served with a blueberry vinaigrette dressing.

The menu offers grain bowls including Livin’ on the Veg with forbidden black rice, red cabbage, baked tofu, sweet potato, mango, and more. It’s served with miso sesame dressing.

All salads are also available as a wrap. Sides of soups, pasta salad, and hummus are also on the menu.

There’s no word yet on when the Green District location might open in Greenwood Village.
