Fox Restaurant Concepts is deepening its investment in the Mile High market, with plans to open another eatery in town. Hank’s Neighborhood Tavern is the latest venture the company has announced, slated to open at 201 Fillmore Street in Cherry Creek, according to Developing Denver.

The new venue will join The Henry — another Fox Restaurant Concepts brand that we announced last year — as part of the ground-floor restaurant lineup in the eight-story mixed-use development. Renderings show Hank’s will occupy a corner space with a 2,000-square-foot outdoor patio, Naked Denver reports.

Hank’s and The Henry will build on the hospitality brand’s presence in Colorado, which has been steadily growing. The Phoenix-based group already operates Flower Child in Cherry Creek and Culinary Dropout and Blanco Cocina + Cantina at the 9+CO development in the Hale neighborhood.

Additional details on Hank’s Neighborhood Tavern, including menu specifics and an opening timeline, are expected as construction progresses. The company did not return requests for comment or further info.
