Arvada will be the site of the state’s latest In-N-Out Burger, recent reports claim. The Denver Post recently ran an article about the company coming to Arvada Marketplace, the shopping center at 7490 W 52nd Ave.

The location is situated in a high-traffic area, in the busy plaza that sits at Wadsworth Boulevard and 52nd Avenue. It will be surrounded by a diverse mix of businesses: Floor & Decor, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Sky Zone Trampoline Park, and more.

Reports state the business is building a one-story property, with both indoor and outdoor seating options, and a drive-thru. Operating hours will be from 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday, and from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

This addition marks the 10th In-N-Out in Colorado. The beginning stages of the project were set in motion late last year, but an opening date is unknown.
