A new cafe, Kersle Daily Delights, is set to open in the West Colfax neighborhood, according to a liquor license application.
The new cafe is owned by Roberto Parico Jr., the owner confirmed. Additional details about the upcoming cafe and what it will serve are sparse. However it joins the bustling, ever-growing coffee scene that Denver has to offer, where it seems a new cafe is opening every week.
The space that Kersle Daily Delights is set to move into, located on 3607 W Colfax Ave., has been empty for some time, last housing Filthy Family Tattoo, which moved further down the street. The cafe comes during an ongoing effort to revitalize the neighborhood.
Kersle Daily Delights is set to open by the end of February.
