CAVA’s New Address in Denver
CAVA’s latest Denver restaurant has opened at 8969 E 46th Ave, Denver, CO 80238 off Central Park Blvd. The location’s business hours are from 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. CAVA attracts a diverse customer base with its food and emphasis on hospitality and service.
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to continue to grow our presence in the Denver area,” said Louie Lovejoy, Regional Director. CAVA donated fresh meals prepared during the restaurant’s training period to local community members before its grand opening.
Menu Offerings and Culinary Philosophy
CAVA’s signature menu includes Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings. The restaurant serves delicious food designed to help people eat and live well. Emphasizing CAVA’s mission to bring heart, health, and humanity to food, Lovejoy said, “everything we do at CAVA is grounded in that spirit of generosity, to our guests, our team members, and our community.”
CAVA describes itself as “the category-defining Mediterranean fast-casual restaurant brand” that brings together healthful food and bold satisfying flavors at scale. The brand competes in the growing limited-service and health-forward restaurant sectors. The restaurant chain serves guests across gender lines, age groups, and income levels.
Community Engagement Initiatives
Before opening, each CAVA location invites local residents for a free meal and accepts donations to support a local cause. The company matches donations up to $1,000. This companywide Community Day program has raised more than $600,000 in donations since 2019. The aim is to improve food security in local communities.
CAVA’s new Denver Central Park restaurant also hosted a Community Day event to raise funds for the Food Bank of the Rockies’ location of Feeding America. The nonprofit organization is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of community members, alleviating hunger one meal at a time.
The company’s food donation program was launched nationally in the fall of 2023. The goal is to address food insecurity and reduce food waste through the program.
Employee Benefits
The new restaurant will employ 25-40 local people. CAVA hires people for their hospitality and is dedicated to creating career pathways for its team members. The restaurant offers competitive pay and benefits including paid time off, healthcare, early wage access, an Employee Assistance Program, and free mental health support.
CAVA is committed to serving healthy food while supporting local communities and providing employment opportunities. The brand aligns with purpose-driven values that treat food as self-expression in its quest to meet consumers’ desires. The latest Denver restaurant opening solidifies the broad appeal of CAVA’s food that drives its vast opportunity for continued growth.
