Projects are ramping up for Lotus Concepts Management, which first unveiled the My Neighbor Felix concept in Denver’s LoHi neighborhood in fall of 2020. A second location opened in Boulder, and now two more cities are being added to the brand.

My Neighbor Felix is set to open sometime this summer in the former Landry’s Seafood House spot at 7209 S. Clinton St. in Centennial. Another location is planned for late 2022 at 1645 Briargate Pkwy., Ste. 203 in Colorado Springs in the Promenade Shops at Briargate.

My Neighbor Felix is a pan-Mexican kitchen featuring a cuisine inspired by all seven regions of Mexico, according to the restaurant’s Facebook page. The My Neighbor Felix food philosophy is to nourish body and soul “with locally sourced ingredients that are fresh, high quality, and natural whenever possible.”

The menu features a variety of appetizers, tacos, and salads, as well as plates of enchiladas, bowls, and more. Mixologists hand-craft signature cocktails such as Mojito, Mexican Mule, and Ranch Water. My Neighbor Felix also offers a variety of margaritas with an extensive tequila and mezcal selection.
