Fast-growing drive-thru coffee chain 7 Brew is expanding its footprint in Colorado Springs, with a new location coming to 410 S.  26th Street. Records show the brand is in the midst of the permitting process, with recent modifications made to plans for the store.

This will be the brand’s second location in the Pikes Peak region, joining the existing store at 3806 Maizeland Rd. That outpost is seven miles northeast of this new one, its website shows. Existing structures will be replaced with a nearly 700-square-foot building for 7 Brew.

According to the development plan prepared by Galloway & Company, the location will operate Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, and Friday through Saturday until 11:00 PM, staffed with between three and twelve employees per shift. Residents have recently raised concerns about the vehicle congestion the business will cause.

7 Brew has grown to over 500 locations nationwide since its inception in 2017. The company claims to have signed franchise agreements for nearly 3,000 stores. Sussex Group Brew 1 LLC is listed as the owner for this upcoming COS unit.
