Colorado has been chosen by the team at Memoir – An American Grill as the lucky location that will host the restaurant’s first expansion beyond its Nebraska flagship. Mile High CRE reports the eatery as one of the newest tenants that have signed on for the HiFi at FlatIron Crossing in Broomfield. An address/unit has not been announced yet.
Macerich, the owner and developer of the retail hub, told What Now Denver the location will occupy approximately 6,616 square feet of interior space, with an additional 1,508-square-foot patio. Design plans include a double-sided bar and an open hearth kitchen.
Omaha-based Flagship Restaurant Group operates the restaurant. The company is launching its sister concept, Blue Sushi Sake Grill, at HiFi too. Both are expected to debut sometime next year.
Memoir blends grilled specialties, modern comfort dishes, and American favorites. It will offer lunch, happy hour, dinner, and weekend brunch, complemented by a curated wine program, mimosa bottle service, and a chic cocktail list.
