Operations to Continue at Other Jax Locations
While Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar prepares for the final few days of service at Glendale, its story continues at other locations. The seafood establishment stated in its farewell message that its outposts at LoDo, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Boulder are unaffected by the closure. Denver patrons can stop by these locations for their cherished dishes.
Employees from the Glendale location are being reassigned to other Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar locations operated by parent company Big Red F.
Chef Jenna McNeil oversees the restaurant’s menu, which includes highlights like Chargrilled Oysters, Shishito Peppers, Grilled NY Strip, and Grilled Asparagus. The Glendale location’s vibrant oyster bar features curated cocktails, local craft beers, and award-winning wines.
Although the Glendale location is closing, Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar’s legacy of sustainable seafood continues at its other Denver-area locations.
