Pizza Hut Project Underway in Brighton

A renovation project is currently underway for the Pizza Hut in Brighton. Located in the Village Square Shopping Center at 2210 E Bridge Street, the property is set to undergo enhancements.

The restaurant space, which spans a total of 2,645 square feet, will undergo about $300,000 worth of work. Details about what is being done are not currently available. 

Construction documents state the property will have an occupancy load of 80, for eight employees and 72 customers. They list Flynn Restaurant Group as the franchisee for this location. 

Flynn Group is the largest Pizza Hut franchisee on the planet, having entered the franchise system in 2021. The company currently manages over 1,200 restaurants across the US and Australia. 

The brand and the operator were not available for comment.
