Keystone is about to get a little bit groovier with the opening of Groovy’s Mac N’ Cheesy. Located at 140 Ida Belle Drive, Units F-19 and F-24, the concept will be right in the heart of Keystone River Run Village.
This new local hotspot combines a laid-back mountain vibe with mouthwatering mac and cheese dishes and refreshing beverages. It specializes in both dine-in and takeout, as well as convenient Take-n-Bake family-sized macs that can feed 4-6 people.
Groovy’s aims to satisfy those looking for a comforting meal after a day on the slopes or just a casual food spot. Owned by Jeff Davis, Groovy’s landlord is Vail Summit Resorts.
According to liquor licensing data, the eatery was granted an approval in September. One of the highlights of Groovy’s is the Swanky Back Bar, a hidden gem offering twelve taps of local brews, wine, and craft cocktails.
