Prost Brewing Company, a beloved staple in the Colorado craft beer scene, is preparing to unveil its newest location in Wheat Ridge. Part of the burgeoning Clear Creek development, the business has big plans for a space by the I-70/Highway 58 interchange.

Scheduled to open in summer 2025, this new 6,800-square-foot biergarten will feature 40 taps, serving an impressive lineup of Prost’s award-winning beers, ciders, and seltzers, alongside cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options.

Founded in 2012, Prost Brewing has quickly established itself as a leader in crafting authentic German-style beers. Led by President David Deline, there are locations in LoHi, Highlands Ranch, Fort Collins, and Northglenn currently.

The brand’s commitment to quality is evident through its state-of-the-art brewing technology. The Northglenn facility, which opened recently, utilizes advanced German brewing techniques and modern equipment with open fermenters, which allow brewers to monitor yeast health and minimize unwanted flavors.
