It looks like the flourishing River North neighborhood will soon have another staple for socializing: RiNo Music Hall. The business, which recently applied for construction permits, will be at 2944 Larimer St.
Records show that the building, a former manufacturing warehouse, will be undergoing work to become an eating and drinking establishment. There will be several exterior renovations, including glass partitions, a new window, an ADA-compliant door, and an updated storefront.
The lot on which the property is located is nearly 10,000 square feet. It is surrounded by many thriving businesses, bars, breweries, and art galleries.
Documents reveal that the owner of RiNo Music Hall is Jake Soffes, who owns Pearl Street Hospitality Group — which is behind local concepts like Hudson Hill, Lady Jane, and The Wild. His team told What Now Denver he has no comment at this time and no timeline to provide for opening.
