According to a press release, Houston’s RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. acquired the Grange Food Hall at 6575 Greenwood Plaza Blvd. RCI’s move into Greenwood Village will include a full service bar, brewery, and videogame arcade in addition to the purchased property, per a press release.

In addition to the eight eateries already serving sushi, charcuterie, Italian artisanal sandwiches, Korean dumplings, Mexican dishes, ramen, pizza, and Mediterranean specialties there, RCI’s intention is to construct a small Bombshells Restaurant & Bar there. The restaurant group will utilize the food hall’s existing brewery to produce its own signature craft beers and serve them up alongside Bombshells’ wings, salads, and other appetizers.

The purchase price for the 12,500 square foot property was $5.2 million. The Greenwood location will be the latest Bombshells edition, adding to the 10 company-owned locations — eight in the Houston area and one each in Dallas and Austin.
