A new Mexican restaurant called Sabor Express Mexican Grill is preparing to open at 5600 W Dartmouth Ave #107 in the Harvey Park neighborhood. According to city records, the business is working through the permitting process and is currently in the review phase.
“Coming soon Sabor Express Mexican Grill at the old Giuseppe’s location. Home-cooked Mexican guisados made fresh daily,” co-owner Yileymi Leyva posted on a neighborhood group, confirming the news.
The family-run brand has been in business since 2008 and currently operates locations in Centennial and Aurora, as stated on its website. Those eateries are open Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM, Saturday from 7 AM to 2 PM, and closed on Sundays.
Sabor Mexican Grill serves breakfast, tacos, burritos, fajitas, tortas, quesadillas, enchiladas, nachos, and more, all made from fresh, authentic ingredients. It offers catering services and online ordering as well.
The company did not return requests for comment prior to publication.
