Jeff’s Bagel Run will follow up its debut location in Colorado Springs with a second store shortly after, according to a press release. There is limited information available about it at this point in its early conceptual stage, and no address has been revealed yet.
The franchisee who is responsible for opening both locations and introducing the brand to the area is Dave Weinberg. He confirmed to What Now Denver that he signed on for a two-unit deal with the company, but said he is focused on getting the first one open and that more details will come later on plans for the second.
What Now Denver just covered the other planned bagel shop last week. That one, located at 6082 Stetson Hills Blvd., is already under construction and is slated to open in about two months.
These two outposts are part of a broader growth phase that also includes new locations coming to Knoxville and Melbourne, Florida, as well. Currently, the company’s unit count is nearly 100 stores open or in development across the nation.
