Summer is coming, which means we are excited to eat more barbecue. Thankfully Smōk BBQ is expanding, making it easier for us to order one of their sandwiches on-the-go or some of their smoked meats by the pound with a side of creamed corn and fried okra.
Chef William Espiricueta who previously worked with “Chef Steve Redzikowski at Oak at Fourteenth and Acorn,” according to their website, “has always had a passion for wood fired and smoked foods.”
Smōk has had a location in RiNo since August 2018 and recently opened a second location in April 2021, in Junction Food & Drink. The barbecue joint also has plans to expand to Fort Collins to 327 E Foothills Parkway.
