Colorado Springs will soon become home to Snarf’s Sandwiches. The sandwich chain is expected to open its first Colorado Springs location sometime this summer, according to an article in The Gazette.

Founder Jimmy Seidel, otherwise known as Snarf, first opened the restaurant in Boulder back in 1996. The chain now has more than two dozen locations. Most are in Colorado with some Snarf’s locations in St. Louis, Missouri, and Austin, Texas.

Snarf’s menu items include The Italian, Prime Rib, French Dip, and NY Steak. Snarf’s also offers fresh salads, rotating soups, and more.

The new Snarf’s will be located at 7495 N. Academy Blvd., Colorado Springs, CO 80920. According to the Snarf’s website, another location is “coming soon” at 1110 E. South Boulder Rd. in Louisville, CO, with another location planned for Dillon, about 60 miles west of Denver.
