Starbucks Planning Renovation Project for Springs Location

Starbucks is gearing up to renovate its location at 3104 W Colorado Avenue, records filed with the city of Colorado Springs show. The coffee company is aiming to transform the space by modernize the facility and enhancing service offerings.

These renovations, slated to happen in the coming months, encompass both interior and exterior upgrades of the building. Studio DH Architecture, Corey Engineering, and Seyfreth & Associates are listed as the architects, electrical engineers, and mechanical/plumbing consultants, respectively. 

The inside will undergo a comprehensive redesign, featuring updated furnishings, layout optimizations, and added contemporary décor. Externally, the project entails the replacement of patio furniture and the drive-thru signage.

Founded in 1971 in Seattle, Washington, Starbucks has grown into a global icon of caffeine culture. With over 33,000 stores worldwide now, the brand continues to grow and has also been remodeling a number of other local stores lately.
