Denver’s Station 26 Brewing Co. has officially become the latest independent brewery to integrate into the Wilding Brands portfolio. According to Biz West, the rapidly growing Colorado-based beverage group is now the owner of the brand, which has a taproom in Park Hill at 7045 E 38th Avenue.
Station 26 was founded in 2013 by Justin Baccary inside a repurposed firehouse, Westword writes. It is known for its neighborhood vibe, with themed events like Game of Thrones trivia nights and Bluegrass Brunch every second Sunday. Baccary will stay on to manage Station 26 and assist in Wilding’s development.
The brewery has gained recognition for its flagship hazy IPA, Juicy Banger, as well as its award-winning Colorado Cream Ale, 303 Lager, and Palisade Peak Chili Beer. It won bronze medals at the Great American Beer Festival in 2014 and 2024 and multiple World Beer Cup honors, including golds in 2022 and 2024.
Wilding Brands was launched in 2024 as part of a merger between Stem Ciders, Funkwerks, and Denver Beer Co. It has since been swiftly acquiring iconic Colorado craft producers, including Great Divide Brewing earlier this year, which What Now Denver covered.
