A new Nothing Bundt Cakes location is set to sweeten the culinary scene in Greeley. Located at 4629 Center Place Drive, Suite 119, Unit D, the franchise promises a delightful array of cakes, perfect for any occasion, from birthdays to holidays.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has carved out a unique niche in the bakery industry, since its founding in 1997. It was started by a baker in her own home kitchen. Now boasting over 400 locations across the United States and Canada, the brand has expanded rapidly.

Operated by Julie Doty, the concept will bring the same flavors and signature bundt cakes that have made Nothing Bundt Cakes a favorite nationwide. The shop will provide an array of cake sizes, available in 10 popular flavors, such as Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Red Velvet, Lemon, and Vanilla.

Project documents show the upcoming bakery will feature a 1,318 square foot space, designed specifically for quick transactions and take-out orders. The total value of the project is estimated at $350,000, and the layout accommodates a total occupant load of nine.
