Teocalli Cocina Coming to Longmont

Teocalli Cocina, loved for its unique Mexican cuisine, is set to make its mark in Longmont at 460 Main St. A new location is coming sometime this spring, according to the business’s website. 

Locals have been expressing their excitement on social media. The Arvada and Lafayette locations are well-known for their regional Mexican cuisine and Oaxaca-style dishes. 

Teocalli Cocina has a gluten-free kitchen and everything is made from scratch. The cocktail menu is divine, and there is a daily happy hour from 3 PM to 5 PM. 

Grant Hopfenspirger is the founder of Teocalli. He comes from a family of long-time restaurant owners. The company’s head chef is Julio Gaspar, and Chef John Curiel from TAG Restaurant Group helped curate the menu.
