Teriyaki Madness, a rapidly growing fast-casual restaurant chain, has announced plans to open a new location in Castle Rock. The new restaurant will be situated in the Limelight Center, a popular shopping complex located on Founders Parkway, near the AMC movie theater.

Franchisees Herb and Anna Miner, longtime residents of the area, will bring the beloved brand to the community as part of its expansion into the eastern Douglas County region. The couple has goals to open up to five Teriyaki Madness locations over the next several years.

Founded in 2003, Teriyaki Madness is known for its fast-casual concept, where guests can enjoy a variety of fresh and flavorful teriyaki bowls. The location will span approximately 1,500 square feet, offering both dine-in and take-out options for customers. It will open in the fall of next year, Herb tells the publication.

“We’re super excited to bring another great dining establishment to the residents of Douglas County, and especially Castle Rock,” he said.
