While the Fort Collins Teriyaki Madness address is currently unknown, it seems the Colorado Springs store will open at the Sand Hill Retail Center on Constitution Ave & Marksheffel Rd. The debut dates for both eateries are unclear, though many of the surrounding establishments at the Sand Hill Retail Center are currently undergoing development — including the adjacent Freddy’s. CEO Michael Haith could not be immediately reached for comment. Franchisee information is forthcoming.

Teriyaki Madness first opened in Seattle on a health mission to eliminate “gut bombs” from the everyday diet. Their manifesto reads as follows:

“We believe you are what you eat. And that’s exactly why you should eat something awesome. We believe you should have a home-cooked meal, even if it’s not cooked in your home. But our home is your home, so we’ll keep the wok fired up. Some people call us crazy. We say anything less would be madness. So, the real question is, what are you going to eat today? Something awesome, if you’re here.”

The menu offers bowls packed with your choice of protein, steamed veggies, rice, and noodles; appetizers like egg rolls and edamame; sides including extra veggies, three variations of rice (brown, white, and fried); extra noodles, and teriyaki sauce.
