Upscale restaurant concept The Henry from Fox Restaurant Concepts is heading to 201 Fillmore in Cherry Creek with a target opening in 2026, according to reporting by the Denver Gazette

The new spot will be part of an eight-story mixed-use development, which features 130,000 square feet of office space and 8,600 square feet of retail space. The Henry, which will go in on the ground floor, is expected to have a patio in the alley outside the building with touches such as string lights and greenery. It will feature both a restaurant and bar concept.

“The addition of The Henry to 201 Fillmore underscores our commitment to bringing unique dining experiences to Cherry Creek North,” Kyle Flippen, the investment director at the developing firm Schnitzer West, said in a release, according to the Denver Gazette. “We believe this venue will quickly become a favorite destination for both locals and visitors, enhancing the vibrant community atmosphere.”

The Henry describes itself as a “neighborhood restaurant,” according to its website. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. It features a New American-style menu, with a strong emphasis on seafood such as seared ahi tuna, Scottish salmon and European sea bass. However, it also serves non-seafood items such as salads, filet mignon, burgers and short ribs.

It currently has locations in Phoenix, Miami and Dallas, and it has two California locations. It has three other locations coming soon: one in Carlsbad, Calif., a second spot in Phoenix and one in Nashville.

Phoenix-based restaurant group Fox Restaurant Concepts has more than 50 restaurants throughout the country across its brands, which also include Flower Child and Culinary Dropout, both of which have already made their way to Denver.
