While the exact locations and opening dates of the three new Colorado Toastique locations are currently unknown, Greenwood Village Toastique owner May Abutineh told What Now Denver the debut date for her store is quickly incoming. The company’s website lists the DTC location as opening this fall and says the Downtown Colorado Springs location should be up & running by winter.

Brianna Keefe, a former D1 cheerleader and longtime health head, opened the first Toastique at The Wharf in Washington, D.C. Then, in 2019, accompanied by great response, Keefe started up a second location in Alexandria, Virginia with a third store opening in D.C. only a year later. Today, properly fueled by the popularity of avocado toast, the company is franchising like wildfire.

But Keefe’s creations don’t just splash around in the shallows — they deep-dive into delectable territory. In fact, Toastique offers gourmet grains like a Three-Cheese Italian toast topped with onion jam and arugula, or their PB Crunch which is plated like an open-faced, deconstructed peanut butter & jelly sandwich on raisin walnut toast. Additionally, the wellness-focused eatery offers smoothies, juices, and bowls both sweet and savory.

A brief interview with Abutineh is forthcoming.
