Denver’s dining scene is set to welcome a new gem inspired by the lively coastal town of Tulum, Mexico. Lotus Concepts Management is planning to open a new venue named after the city at 3454 and 3548 Walnut Street, Biz Journals announced

The new venue aims to capture the beachy, artistic atmosphere of Tulum, offering guests a unique escape right in the heart of the city. It will feature an oval-shaped bar, lush landscaping, cozy seating areas, and garage doors that open to an outside bar for an indoor-outdoor feel.

Boss Architecture is helping bring the project to fruition. The site features a 5,800-square-foot building that is being transformed, and an adjacent parcel that will be the patio area.

Tulum will have a full-service kitchen. Guests can expect fresh and flavorful dishes paired with innovative cocktails crafted by expert mixologists, a company spokesperson told What Now Denver.
