Ziggi’s Coffee is opening a cafe and drive-thru location in Littleton, according to a press release. The latest location for the Colorado-based coffee chain is opening on 8020 Sangre De Cristo Rd., which is currently a vacant lot next to the Marketplace at Ken Caryl.
Ziggi’s Coffee was founded by husband-and-wife duo Brandon and Camrin Knudsen in 2004. Over two decades, the coffee shop grew from its original Longmont location into a nationwide coffee chain, with 120 locations in 23 states.
Though it’s called Ziggi’s Coffee, the chain’s coffee, backed by beans from Dillanos Coffee Roasters, makes up a fraction of its menu offerings. It offers energy infusions with a proprietary energy drink, Ziggi’s Energy. Its standout, however, is its dirty sodas, like its Iced Rootin’ Tootin’, a mix of root beer and butterscotch.
The upcoming Ziggi’s in Littleton is owned and operated by franchisee Michelle Wiley, who co-operates a Ziggi’s Coffee in Castle Pines with her brother Stephen Wiley. It’s currently in the construction phase, set to open in summer 2026.
