QuikTrip could soon bring a new convenience store and gas station to Arvada as the company seeks approval for a new location.
The proposed development would be located at the southeast corner of SH-93 and SH-72 (9295 Matterhorn Ln), according to a rezoning request currently under review by the City of Arvada.
Plans call for a 6,445-square-foot convenience store with 10 fuel pump islands on the 9.47-acre site. As part of the proposal, QuikTrip is seeking to rezone the property from Planned Unit Development to General Commercial zoning.
Founded in 1958 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, QuikTrip operates hundreds of convenience stores and travel centers across the US. The retailer is known for its made-to-order food, freshly brewed coffee, fountain drinks, fuel services and everyday convenience items.
Customers can expect a convenience store offering snacks, beverages, grab-and-go meals, fresh food, coffee and fuel services, along with QuikTrip’s signature QT Kitchens menu featuring made-to-order breakfast, sandwiches, wraps and pizzas.
The proposal is still in the approval process, and an opening timeline has not yet been announced.
