Thuma is making its Colorado debut, bringing its clean-lined furniture and home goods to Denver.

According to a city filing, Thuma plans to open its new store at 257 N. Fillmore Street.

Though Thuma specializes in minimalist bed frames, the collection of the brand has come far from the bedroom. Currently, it includes beds, mattresses, dressers, night stands, sofas, shelves, lighting, rugs and home decor.

Thuma says it draws inspiration from modern architecture, Japanese craftsmanship, fashion, and interior design in its furniture design. The collection is known for minimalist forms, natural materials, and functionality. Thuma also emphasizes sustainability and reuse of materials in its collection.

The brand started with beds and gradually evolved into the home furniture brand with a wide product range. Currently, the collection of the company includes beds, living room furniture, office furniture and other elements of the interior.

Thuma has its flagships in New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco, where people can see the furniture in person and get professional assistance in designing their interiors. With the launch of Denver’s shop, the brand will get an opportunity to be represented in Colorado.

An opening date for the Denver location has not yet been announced.
