One of the leading Detroit hospitality companies is cooking up something new.
A new project from Prime Concepts Detroit called Stoli’s is coming to West Bloomfield at 6203 Orchard Lake Road. It will be close to their other concept Aurora Italiana in the township. Right now, the team is hoping to open by the end of the year.
Prime Concepts manages other well-known Metro Detroit restaurants such as Prime29 Steakhouse, Nara Sushi & Hibachi, Sexy Steak and Castle Hall. Led by Joe Barbat and Stolion Liti, the two wanted to create another concept that highlights many different European flavors in a welcoming environment.
“Hospitality has always been about making people feel like they’re exactly where they’re supposed to be, and that’s the spirit behind Stoli’s,” Liti said in a press release. “To have a restaurant carry my name is an incredible honor, but more importantly, it’s a reflection of the relationships we’ve built with our guests over the years.”
Those dining in the future can expect handhelds like a mortadella sandwich with rich mornay sauce and their signature Stoli Double Smash Cheeseburger. This will be a more casual concept, featuring a bar, lounge area, pool tables and dart boards. A 50-seat patio is also being constructed.
Stoli’s is coming to the Orchard Mall Shopping Center, just south of Aurora Italiana. Also at the building are La Marsa West Bloomfield and Matari Coffee. This is on the south end of West Bloomfield.
The team has not yet set up a website or social media page for Stoli’s, but more information will be released in the coming weeks.
