7 Brew is continuing to expand its reach across the Greater Houston region. According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permit, a new 7 Brew Cafe is coming to Humble. The coffee shop is expected to open in the Atascocita neighborhood within the Atascocita Town Center at 19250 W Lake Houston Pkwy.
The Kroger shadow-anchored retail center, often referred to as Atascocita Village or Atascocita Town Center, also has Nothing Bundt Cakes, GNC, T-Mobile, Chase Bank, Massage Envy, and Sport Clips.
The permit further details that construction of the new 7 Brew is planned to start a little after mid-October and is slated to wrap up in mid-January next year. If all goes well with permitting and the estimated $1,500,000 construction project, the new 7 Brew should open by early 2027.
At the helm of the opening is franchisee Firooz Poshtkoohi, who was listed on the permit. What Now Houston reached out to Poshtkoohi to find out more about the upcoming opening, but we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
“7 Brew is so much more than just a coffee stand,” the website reads.
“It’s the concept of cultivating kindness and joy with every drink – through our service, speed, quality, energy, and atmosphere. It’s contagious, and it’s changing the drive-thru coffee industry.”
7 Brew Coffee started as a drive-thru coffee stand offering seven signature drinks in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017. 7 Brew has grown into a national brand with nearly 700 locations across 38 states. Aiming to bring joy and connection to the drive-thru experience, the quick-service coffee experience has since exploded into a nationwide phenomenon, known for its extensive customizable menu with more than 20,000 combinations and a strong “cultivating kindness” culture.
What Now also reached out to 7 Brew President Chris Dawson to find out more about the brand and further expansion plans. Unfortunately, we did not hear back by the time of this publication.
7 Brew is anticipated to open in Humble within the Atascocita Town Center at 19250 W Lake Houston Pkwy by early 2027.
