7 Brew is embarking on building another drive-thru coffee shop in the Greater Houston region. According to a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation permit, the next 7 Brew to open early next year is planned for part of the master-planned community of The Woodlands within the Grogan’s Mill neighborhood at 501 Sawdust Drive.
“Hopefully we’ll open this year,” franchisee Manish Agrawal said via text to What Now Houston.
“We’re just excited to bring 7Brew to Spring!”
The permit details the construction of the new 510-square-foot 7 Brew coffee shop is slated to start at the beginning of October and wrap up at the beginning of next year. If all goes well with permitting and the estimated 1.5 million-dollar construction project, the new 7 Brew Coffee shop should open by winter.
“This project is the construction of a 510 sq ft prefabricated drive-thru-only coffee shop,” the permit further reads.
This is not the first 7-Brew opening for Agrawal. The GRA Group LLC CEO leads the Houston-based leveraged buyout firm and hospitality investment company in owning and operating numerous restaurant and retail franchise brands.
7 Brew Coffee started as a drive-thru coffee stand offering seven signature drinks in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2017. 7 Brew has grown into a national brand with nearly 700 locations across 38 states. Aiming to bring joy and connection to the drive-thru experience, the quick-service coffee experience has since exploded into a nationwide phenomenon, known for its extensive customizable menu with more than 20,000 combinations and a strong “cultivating kindness” culture.
“7 Brew is so much more than just a coffee stand,” the website reads.
“It’s the concept of cultivating kindness and joy with every drink – through our service, speed, quality, energy, and atmosphere. It’s contagious, and it’s changing the drive-thru coffee industry.”
The new 7 Brew to come to Spring later this year is anticipated to open within the Grogan’s Mill community at 501 Sawdust Drive.
