Spectators Bar & Grill is now open in Katy, bringing its lively, family-friendly atmosphere, dishes made from scratch, and handcrafted cocktails to the growing community.
Located at 25140 Kingsland Blvd., Suite 1000, Katy, Texas 77494, the new location is Spectators’ fourth, joining two restaurants in Sugar Land and one in Richmond. The restaurant welcomes guests of all ages, whether families are sharing a meal, friends are meeting for happy hour or fans are gathering to watch the big game.
Spanning approximately 6,500 square feet, the Katy restaurant seats 275 guests and features 45 televisions positioned throughout the space to give fans a view of the action from nearly every seat. The open layout accommodates family meals, casual lunches, game day gatherings and evenings out.
“Katy has a strong sense of community, making it an ideal place to continue growing the Spectators brand,” said Aneal Mohammud, Owner in a statement. “We want to create a neighborhood destination that offers all the excitement of a great sports bar while still feeling comfortable and welcoming for families. Whether guests are joining us for brunch, dinner, a birthday celebration or the big game, we want them to feel at home.”
Several private rooms offer flexible options for birthday parties, team celebrations, family gatherings and other group events. The spacious patio features a 19-seat bar, along with additional tables for groups and families.
Menu highlights include Spectators Famous Prime Beef Cheeseburger, made with a blend of brisket, chuck and short rib, Hot Honey Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Wings in Garlic Parmesan, Jalapeño Apricot, Lemon Pepper, Barbecue and Buffalo flavors, Texas Twinkies made with bacon-wrapped jalapeños filled with Philly cheesesteak, Philly Cheesesteak and Southwest Chicken Egg Rolls and more.
Little Sluggers under the age of 12 can choose from a dedicated children’s menu featuring cheeseburgers, chicken tenders, mac and cheese, quesadillas and grilled cheese.
The beverage program features more than 60 cocktails across the Spectators brand, ranging from fresh margaritas and martinis to shareable drinks and smoked old fashioneds. Featured selections include the Spectator Smash, Spicy Peach Margarita, Jon-Tini and Maple Bacon Old Fashioned.
Weekend brunch gives families another reason to gather at Spectators. Served Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m.–1 p.m., the menu includes the Hangover Burger, Spectators Grand Slam, Chicken and Waffles, Breakfast Burrito, French Toast, Pancakes and Breakfast Tacos. Guests can pair brunch with $4 mimosas, $14 mimosa flights, $4 Bloody Marys or Marias, and signature drinks such as the Mimosa Tower and Blackberry Mint Mimosa.
Additional offerings include weekday happy hour Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., weekend happy hour Saturday and Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., reverse happy hour Monday through Friday from 9 p.m. to midnight and live music on select Friday and Saturday evenings.
Spectators Bar & Grill Katy is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to midnight, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to midnight.
